This weekend GameStop is running their Monsters & Mazes promotion, which is a 75% off sale on various dungeon-themed titles, which include the following BioWare titles and collections containing BioWare classics:

[Wall Post] EA Insider Deals: 70% off Dragon Age: Origins – Awakening

EA Insider's Dragon Age Origins: Awakening (expansion only, pc digital download via Origin) will be 70% off starting at 5pm PT today. Usually, the deal lasts for a couple of hours, but don't tarry if you're looking to buy. Their goal has already been met, so you just have to check back with them for a new post with the coupon code to use at checkout when the time rolls around. Useful if you just need to pick up the expansion and if you haven't jumped on any DA:O deals yet.

Dragon Age: Origins UE, Mass Effect 1/3 Sales (1/23-1/28)

The pc digital download version of Dragon Age: Origins Ultimate Edition is currently listed in the offers section of Origin for $10 (60% off). Origin also lists Mass Effect 1 for $6.99 (53% off). Gamefly is offering the pc digital download keys of Mass Effect 3 (for Origin) for $14.99 (50% off). Frankly, these offers are a step down from the discounts we saw just earlier this month, but if you want it NOW!, here are your money-saving options.

Dragon Age: Origins Ultimate and Mass Effect 2 (PC) Sale

If you're in the U.S., you may be interested in Best Buy's holiday offer for physical copies of these BioWare PC titles: Dragon Age: Origins Ultimate Edition for $8, and Mass Effect 2 for $5. Much better than your average stocking stuffers, if you ask me. The product codes should also register with Origin, affording you a digital copy that you can download from Origin in the future (should you lose the disc).

Dragon Age: Origins Ultimate Edition for $7.50 (PCDD) at D2D

This weekend, Direct2Drive has Dragon Age: Origins Ultimate Edition for 75% off ($7.50) pc digital download as a part of it's EA Weekend Sale. This is a new price low for this bundle, which includes the original Dragon Age: Origins, all of its premium DLC (including the deluxe edition contents), and the expansion campaign Awakening. Unfortunately, this sale price is only available to the United States and Canada.

On a similar note, Dragon Age: Origins Awakening is on sale for 50% off (1200 xbox points or $15) at the Xbox Live "Extreme Shopping Sale," which will last until October 4th.

Dragon Age: Origins – Patch 1.05 (PC) Released

This has been percolating for a while, but a new patch has been released for Dragon Age: Origins, bringing it up to version 1.05. If you own Dragon Age: Origins Ultimate Edition, your game should have come patched up to 1.04. This patch is purely a maintenance release, fixing the quirky authentication problems with newly installed DLC. Furthermore, the unintended(?) requirement to log into your EA account every time you played in order to have access to DLC or load a saved game of a playthrough that included DLC has been removed. This problem only existed in the PC and Mac versions of the game, so console users are unaffected. Read More

A “Dragon Age” Friday at GamersGate

Today only, as a part of their EA Week sale (US only), GamersGate is offering Dragon Age: Origins Ultimate Edition (PC or Mac) for 60% off ($12), and Dragon Age 2 (PC or Mac) for 50% off ($15). This is a new price low for the Dragon Age 2 (Mac). We briefly saw Dragon Age 2 (PC) for $9 as part of a bundle with DA:O at Impulse not too long ago, but that offer is unlikely to resurface anytime soon. Either way, the game value is pretty nice for the price.
